How we handle your data

In short: we collect only what you type into the form, send it only to us, and do not track who visits the site.

What data

Only what you enter in the demo form: name, company, phone or email, message and — if you came from the OEE calculator — the numbers you entered there.

Why

To answer your request for a demo, visit or pilot. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form), under the North Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection.

Where it goes

• The form is sent as an email only to the site owner. The site has no database — nothing is stored on it.
• We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
• Technical processors: Cloudflare (site hosting and the Turnstile spam check) and the email service provider, only as far as needed to deliver the message.

Cookies and analytics

We use no tracking cookies and there is no cookie banner. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without a visitor profile. Turnstile only checks that the form is not filled in by a bot.

How long

For as long as the conversation about the demo or pilot lasts, and at most 12 months after the last contact. The message is then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time — by email to the address in the Imprint. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
