Pilot programme
Pilot: prove it on one line.
You don’t buy for the whole factory before you see results. One line, four weeks, clear numbers.
What you get
Installation
A mini-PC on the shop floor and connection of the selected machines (pulse / status).
Operator devices
Tablets or touch panels at the machines; a TV Board if you want one.
Training
Operators, shift leaders and technicians — each on their own screen.
Support
Local support throughout the pilot.
Four weeks, step by step
- Week 1
Installation
Server, machine connections, a stop reason code list for your plant.
- Week 2
Getting used to it
Operators code stops; the codes are cleaned up and completed.
- Week 3
Andon and maintenance
Calls and escalation to technicians, a first preventive plan.
- Week 4
Results
Report: OEE per machine, Pareto of losses, recommendations.

- Add modulesAndon, Board, planning, maintenance, ERP — as needed.
- StopIf it brings you no value, we stop here.
