How it works

Installed on the shop floor. No cloud.

Everything the system needs is inside your factory.

From the machine to the screen

The machine gives a pulse or a status. A mini-PC running MachineTakt collects it and shows it to everyone — tablet, phone, TV, computer — on the same network.

  • Data stays with you

Five steps to the first stop on a screen

  1. Plant walk-through

Together we choose the machines and lines to start with.

  2. Mini-PC

The installer brings everything: the server as a Windows service and a PostgreSQL database. It starts by itself and comes back after a power cut.

  3. Connecting the machines

A pulse or status signal from the machine (PLC or sensor); a machine without a signal runs in manual mode.

  4. Devices

A tablet or touch panel at the machine, a TV for the Board, personal phones for the technicians.

  5. Training

A short training for operators and shift leaders.

Data and security

  • The data stays on your server.
  • Works without internet; internet is needed only for push notifications and optional remote access.
  • Automatic database backups and restore.
  • User login and rights by role.
  • A licence with no online check.

What you need

  • A mini-PC or a server running Windows (we recommend one).
  • A network on the shop floor (cable or Wi-Fi) to the devices.
  • Access to a signal from the machines — we help with that.
